Current Equipment
- 135 Gallon: 72 inches long, 24 inches deep, and 18 inches wide. Here is a picture of the aquarium on its cabinet.
- Lighting: Two All Glass 110 watt compact florescent fixtures, each with two 55 watt compact florescent lamps within them. These form the front row of lighting. There is a rear row of three homemade 55 watt compact florescent lighting fixtures, made using lighting kits from AH Supply. Each homemade lighting fixture contains a single 55 watt lamp. Total wattage: 385. I have all lighting placed on top of a glass top.
- CO2 injection system: Ultralife regulator, needle valve, bubble counter, solenoid and diffuser, with a 5lb CO2 tank. The injection is controlled by an American Marine CO2 controller with PinPoint CO2 probe.
- Substrate: Red Flourite.
- Filtration: Eheim Professional II 2028 canister filter.
